Yes currently as of this writing November 2025 there are numerous there are rebates available and incentives currently there's a government rebate of up to $7,500 for all electric home, and then there's another rebate for heat pumps that will give you $500 per ton capacity. Ask JC for more details as there are some limitations to these rebates and not all homes qualify.

Heat Exchanger Red tags are common occurrence these days and many red tags are legitimate but sometimes a second opinion can prove a red tag being incorrectly diagnosed. Therefore is always wise to get a second opinion on a red tag, it's unfortunate but some companies are notorious for giving false red tags in order to sell new furnaces.
